Applicants are required to read the instructions given below carefully before submission of online application form.
- The College has the right to reject applications that are
- Incomplete
- Incorrect/have wrong information
- Lacking in required documents
- Received without the payment of application fee.
- During the time of admission, following certificates in ORIGINAL and in addition, three attested copies of each certificate should be submitted.
- Transfer Certificate
- Conduct Certificate
- Statement of Marks
- Community Certificate from Thasildar (only in the case of SC/ST/MBC/DNC/ BC candidates).
- Eligibility Certificate for Students from other States / Universities.
- Refugee Certificate if the applicant is a refugee
- Before submitting the online application form, applicant must upload the following scanned images:
- Applicant's passport size photograph in JPG/JPEG format of with size maximum 50KB
- Applicant's signature in JPG/JPEG format of maximum 20 KB
- For Diploma / UG applicants – 12th downloaded online mark statement in PDF/JPG/JPEG format of maximum 200 KB
- For PG applicants- all available semester mark sheets converted into a single PDF format of maximum 200 KB
- The upper age limit for admission to UG programme is 21 (twenty one) years as on 1st July of each academic year. However, a relaxation of 5 years is permitted for Physically Handicapped as per G.O. Ms. No.239, S.W. dated 03.09.93. SC/ST/BC/MBC/DNC candidates and women candidates may be allowed the age relaxation of 3 years beyond 21 years for admission to U.G. Programmes.
- Documents can be uploaded only after entering marks.
- The Unique Application Number (UAN), which will be required for uploading documents, will be generated only after confirmation of receipt of payment by the college
- Editing of application is allowed until application number is generated for a submitted application. The applicant can use their 12th Registration Number as username and date of birth as password to login to their account to either edit application, for applying to new programmes, Upload Documents, to view their application status for admission in the college and to know their payment status. Login can be done from college website application.yadavacollege.ac.in
- Applicants can edit the application details before payment of application fee.
- Editing/updating details in application form will not be allowed after payment.
- Online application declaration and submission along with payment of application fee will begin immediately after the announcement of Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary School Certificate (TNHSC) results.
- Applicants have to pay the application fee through payment modes as mentioned in the application only
- Applicants applying for programmes under Aided and Self Finance schemes will have to pay application fee separately for each category
- College will not be responsible for any non payment of application fees to selected scheme by the student
- Application fee will not be refunded even if an application is rejected.
- Applicants can check application status and application fee status through applicant's login link provided in the college website www.yadavacollege.ac.in
- Application fee receipt will be updated in the applicant's login within 24 hours after the receipt of payment by the college.
- Information regarding applicants called for admission for all programmes will be sent by e-mail, SMS and uploaded on the College website.
- Selected applicants must pay the prescribed fees and submit their original certificates with photocopies on the date and time specified. If failed, admission will be cancelled.
